FC Robinstijn tournament 2019
On Saturday, May 4, 2019, the FC Robinstijn G-Football Tournament was played in the stadium of FC Eindhoven. The footballers of Ajax/Only Friends were present, they have played a nice and deserving tournament. With a lot of effort, enthusiasm and good football, they reached the fourth place in the final ranking. The Fortuna Sittard team took the first prize after an exciting final: Roda JC was beaten on penalties.
After the tournament, we visited Eetcafé De Verlenging in the PSV stadium, where owner Erik Swinkels and his staff prepared a delicious buffet for the athletes, their coaches and parents/supporters. Although all Only Friends footballers are of course Ajacists at heart, the PSV stadium could count on approving looks, there was plenty of photography by the various Friends.
It was a beautiful day with a nice ending. On to the tournament in 2020, where Only Friends Eindhoven also hopes to be present!
